Amanda is too modest to speak about herself so I would like to do her the justice she deserves by taking on the role of author for her!
Amanda grew up in London, and started work in print. As she says herself, she was lucky enough to find herself doing the work she loves, graphic design and print. During her London 'apprenticeship' she developed deep knowledge and understanding of the industry and how to handle a design project with all that it entails, from both sides of the fence, designer to printer. It is this experience that is one of the real benefits to her clients, providing an effective interface for all aspects of a project, ensuring that all goes smoothly and efficiently through all the stages from conception to the printed and delivered job.
Amanda's knowledge and experience is second to none and continues to serve her well. As she says herself,
''I feel my clients are more confident and comfortable working directly with the designer, from the creative concept right through to the final amendments before going to print''.
A decade ago Amanda decided to go into business for herself. In 2001 she moved to the picturesque village of Great Yeldham on the borders of Essex and Suffolk. It was in this rural setting that both AD Design and her family were born as she soon produced two beautiful daughters, and is the very proud mum of Zara and Grace!
In it's first ten years AD Design has grown from strength to strength. As Amanda says,
''All of my business comes to me through word of mouth, so I feel I must be doing something right! I am very proud in being so successful''.
